In only four hours, you will receive extensive hands-on practice in IV insertion, learning the most up-to-date techniques for catheter insertion and caring for peripheral IVs.  You will learn about vein selection and how to treat common applications of IV therapy.  You will emerge from this course confident and secure in your ability to safely and effectively insert IV lines and administer intravenous therapy.
