HIV/OSHA/TB/BBP HOMESTUDY - 2 HOURS

PURPOSE:

The OSHA/TB/BBP portion of the homestudy should take approximately 1 hour to complete and covers current information on safety, infection control and bloodborne and airborne pathogens, including TB. The HIV portion of the homestudy should take approximately 1 hour to complete and discusses HIV transmission, infection control, current clinical management, prevention, current Florida law on AIDS and its impact on testing, confidentiality and treatment, current epidemiology and a list of resources available for HIV/AIDS information.
