Home Health Aide 75-Hour Course

The program is designed to train home health aides through didactic, use of textbook, reading, videos, instructor demonstration, return demonstration and pre/ post quizzes and a final exam to measure learning. The student is supplied with textbooks and all the supplies necessary to practice basic skills. The course satisfies the federal law requirement that home health aides employed by agencies accepting Medicare and Medicaid complete at least 75 hours of study (42 C.F.R.§484.36(a)(1)).

Total program price is $370, including the textbook. Preregistration is required , with a minimum deposit of $50 and a $25 registration fee. An additional $150 must be paid by the 2nd Monday of class, and the balance of $145 must be paid by the 3rd Monday .CPR and HIV/AIDS is offered at no additional charge with this course.
