STATE MANDATED COURSES for
REGISTERED NURSES / LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES
The Florida Board of Nursing now requires all nurses to complete one hour of HIV/AIDS training prior to the first license renewal, 2 hours of training in Prevention of Medical Errors each renewal period, and 2 hours of Domestic Violence education every third renewal period.
